Trouble Logging On

If you registered for a meeting, but are having trouble logging on, try these steps:

1. Check the confirmation email you got with the GoTo Meeting link and make sure you registered for the meeting you're trying to log into. 

2. If you didn't get a confirmation email, you might have missed the last steps in registering. After you click "Confirm" to chose a time, you have to enter your name and email, then click "Schedule the Event." If you miss this last step (which is easy to do, especially if you're on a mobile device), you won't get an email with the link. 

3. Make sure you have downloaded the GoTo Meeting software. You only have to do this once.

4. If you've done all this and you get a message that the host is in another meeting, it's possible that the meeting before yours is still going on. Our early meetings run back to back, with only a few minutes in between. Just sit tight until the official start time, and the host should let you in.
