Trouble Logging On
If you registered for a meeting, but are having trouble logging on, try these steps:
Check the confirmation email you got with the Zoom link and make sure you registered for the meeting you're trying to log into.
If you didn't get a confirmation email, you might have missed the last steps in registering. After you click "Confirm" to chose a time, you have to enter your name and email, then click "Schedule the Event." If you miss this last step (which is easy to do, especially if you're on a mobile device), you won't get an email with the Zoom link.

If you've done all this and you get a message that the host is in another meeting, it's possible that the meeting before yours is still going on. Our early meetings run back to back, with only a few minutes in between. Just sit tight until the official start time, and the host should let you in.
